Things You Should Do
- Maintain proper hygiene. It is most important to make sure that you live in clean surroundings free of stalled water, garbage, dirt, and litter. You can use a vaporizer to get rid of air borne allergens.

- Either completely avoid allergens or try to minimize your exposure to them.
- Change clothes after you come from outside. The clothes may have allergens like pollen and dust on them. Items like mattress, blanket, and pillows should also be dried in sunlight to get rid of germs and moisture.
- Drink clean water several times a day to get rid of impurities in body.

- Do not eat food that is known to cause allergic reaction to your body. Common examples are meat, liquor, certain vegetables, and some vitamins too.
- Do not take pills if you have allergy for a particular chemical substance contained in it.
- Do not visit dirty and crowded areas. You should also avoid peak traffic hours to avoid air pollution. Detours should be taken instead.
- Try not to share possessions of a person suffering from severe allergy. Though allergy is not highly communicable, still it is advisable to avoid using personal items of an allergic person. .
- Do not go out at night or open windows at time of pollination.
- In case of eczema, you must not wear sweaty or damp clothes.
- Anxiety worsens allergic conditions of the body. Hence you should try to be cheerful.
In short we should not let allergy take control of our life. We must fight it using common sense and proper medication.
