Low back pain is common among workers who carry out physically demanding work. This is due to the over exertion of the body by lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, or holding heavy loads. The mechanism of their body takes a back seat due to these types of hard work.

To prevent back pain, you have to correct your posture first. Bad posture is one of the main causes of back pain. Do not lie on the bed when reading or watching T.V. Always use a chair which gives enough support to your back. Do not work on the computer at a stretch. Sitting in the same position aggravates back pain. Back strengthening and stretching exercises will reactivate your bones and muscles. It is also good for your low back and spine. Adopt good posture and good body techniques to get rid of this common ailment.
