Guidelines and forewarnings are issued by the U.S Government in order to safeguard their nationals when they are abroad. Generally warnings are stated when the Government cannot extend help due to turbulent atmosphere in the foreign country. When the citizen is abroad in a ‘disturbed’ country, the Government has certain constraints and cannot provide assistance. Travel warnings are specified due to the drawdown of its staff or shutting down of an embassy or consulate. The warnings are issued describing the current state of that country and the precautions which must be taken.
