  • Massage therapy - In this therapy, the muscles of the back are massaged to relax them. This causes the pain to diminish.
  • Magnetic therapy - This therapy involves wearing a magnetic belt and sleeping on a magnetic mattress. The magnetic field is used to improve the blood circulation and to loosen up the muscle tissues of the back, thereby reducing the back pain.
